Multiple character policy: +50% for each character, calculated after price for single character is calculated

Semi-realistic (blended): +10 USD
Detailed backgrounds: +15 USDThe prices below assume flat color, 1 character, and flat background, even if the examples show shading and/or multiple characters.
Bust - 10 dollars

I offer emote creation as well. For those, they'll be 5 dollars (bust up flat color chibis by default, cell shading as a +5 dollar additive)

TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read carefully before commissioning me, this will also detail the step-by-step of the process from your words to my canvas.Will draw

For media I don't know, I will look up the characters and scan through a page to get a basic idea of who they are and any relationships that are present to ensure I don't draw proship/comship content.
4. Mild violence (cuts, bruises, blood on clothing and/or on scenery, etc)Will not draw

5. FurriesI also reserve the right to reject a request if what you're asking for is either racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or goes against my personal morals.Payment and Use of Artwork
> All prices are in USD. My main payment platforms are Paypal G&S, Zelle, and Ko-fi. However, if you have other payment platforms you prefer, notify me and I'll create it.> As I typically only take payment when I complete the piece, I will not offer refunds once you paid for the finished piece; as there were opportunities to request edits, both in the sketching phase and in the coloring phase.
However, If I fail to meet the turnaround times described below and there weren't any extreme circumstances to explain it (such as a disabling medical event), I will issue a refund (if applicable) and I will send the incomplete version of your commission for free.> I reserve the right to use commissions for portfolios and posting on my social media platforms. I will tag you when I post them so you can see on those platforms. However, only you will get the version without the watermarks.> If a commission is a gift, you are allowed to share the non-watermarked version to them but tell the giftee the terms about posting the unwatermarked version when you send the gift to them.
> On that same note, notify me if this is a gift and I’ll refrain from posting publicly until after you’ve confirmed that you’ve given the piece to your giftee and they've reacted to it.> My work is for personal use only such as profile pictures, banners, computer/phone backgrounds, and making singular charms/standees (production of merch not offered unless otherwise specified). Give credit in your bio when you use my work for profile pictures and/or banners. Emoji/emotes depend on where you'll use them. Emotes for discord servers (so long as they're not connected to a brand or Youtube/Twitch channel) are classified under personal use and I will do it. Emotes for social media platforms (such as Twitch and Youtube) are considered monetized use and I will not do them.
The only exception to "no monetized use" is if you choose to use my artwork on your desktop/mobile background and it's shown to your stream due to you switching tasks.> Do not use my artwork in AI training machines or NFTs.Step-By-Step Commission Timeline1. Once you have seen my commission prices, please be detailed of what you want out of the art piece. References for characters are required, especially if they are flat colored with no shading/lighting that obscures their color palette. For posing, stock images, 3d models, and even stick figure drawings would mean the world as it helps me create your vision a lot easily.
2. After we have discussed the commission, I will start sketching. Sketch turnaround time is 24-72 hours after request is made. At this point, I will only ask for an upfront deposit if the final price exceeds 70 USD. That deposit will be 10% of the final price. Otherwise, I will not ask for payment until I have completed the work.
After the sketch is done, I will send you the sketch to verify that it's to your vision/liking. This is the only place you can edit the piece in the posing, facial expression, where objects are placed, and more. These edits are free and you have as many edits as you see fit. But after you give the approval and I progress, your next area where you're allowed to make edits is during coloring.
3. After the sketch is done, turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece. Simple pieces (stuff like 1 character, simple or no background, cell shading) have a maximum two-week turnaround time (14 days). Complex pieces (such as multiple characters, storied backgrounds, and scenes) have a maximum 2-month turnaround time (60 days).
For simple pieces, my progress updates include the following stages: Sketch, line art, flat colors.

You have the right to ask for a progress update at any time regardless of complexity. Finally, you are able to ask for edits regarding the colors I have used. Once you approve of the coloring, you will not be able to request any other edits.
4. Once I have completed your request, I will send a low resolution heavily watermarked version of your piece as proof I have completed it. I will not send you the full, unwatermarked illustration until payment on whichever platform we have agreed on has been completed. For those that have made a deposit, this is where I expect the other 90% of the price.
